AD Consulting, founded by Nello di Caprio, was born in 2014 after years of industry experience as a consulting firm for the hospitality and catering world.

It operates on the domestic and international marke and uses partners and employees who have one common denominator: passion and professionalism with attention to detail.

"The experience gained on the foreign market and passion for food have allowed me to specialize in catering and 'hotel accommodation.

Thanks to the trust received from all the companies in which I have worked and all the people who supported me over the years, July 9, 2014 I decided to set up the consulting firm AD Consulting".

AD Consulting specializes in market research, in the design of the concept and in the preparation of business plans for activities related to hospitality and catering.

AD Consulting through the know-how acquired guides its customers according to their needs during the start-up of new activities or the reorganization of existing projects.

AD Consulting uses architectural firms and companies specializing in communication in order to provide a complete design 360 degrees.
